We installed 1500m of carefully planned fencing, orchestrated a 7-phase road closure, built a stage in the middle of live traffic, managed a team of 75 people across day and night shifts, worked with 30 contractors, oversaw the movement of 50 vehicles on and off the street, and co-ordinated 8 on-street branded activations. Timing was critical to synchronise the on-stage switch-on moment with the illumination of lights and the firing of pyrotechnics.
